I love China Express. Just thought I would get that out of the way. I usually get it delivered and it arrives fast, hot, fresh and delicious every time. There are certain dishes I regularly order that China Express does better than most. They have the best fried rice in town. I love the egg drop soup too. The General Tso Chicken is the best I have had from anywhere! I could go on, but it's too late to order and I'm hungry now! The prices are great and the portions are generous. Get some, you won't regret you did!!

For a hot fresh takeout order this place is the best I have visited in a while Went there on sunday afternoon around 1:30. I ordered steamed chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce on the side, and shrimp egg rolls. The chicken looked fresh and tasted real compared to other places I have been to in the area. The broccoli was steamed to perfection (really, no BS). The shrimp egg rolls had real whole shrimp in them, and the veggies in them were fresh and crisp like they just made them, and they were not greasy at all. The rice seemed to be freshly steamed. I gave it a 5 stars because it was way better than I expected. Hopefully get the same.

"Chinese food... fast and friendly service". This is tucked away in a tiny strip mall off Coursey Blvd. It was packed for lunch. Restaurant was clean, not grimy and dingy. My husband ordered the Kung Pao Chicken that came with fried rice. The dish was delicious and was big enough for us to share, with large chunks of chicken and crunchy vegetables... just the way I like them. The rice had some crispy pieces (indication it was not fresh), but it was flavored well, so we cleaned our plate clean. Unfortunately, the color of the food was not vibrant, but more pale. While the food here is not the highest quality, it is fairly decent. I have had Chinese cuisine 2 days in a row and this place was far better than the one I had yesterday just because the food was not overly salty and my food did not taste like it was marinated in black bean paste. So, if you are in the area and are craving some Chinese food, come check them out.

Best Chinese food in town! Nice, friendly service, more than generous portions. One dinner goes a long way. I'd put it up against ANY Chinese restaurant in town! My family has eaten here at least once a month, on average, for years and we have NEVER been disappointed. Simply delicious!!!!

By far.. The absolute best Chinese food around! The service is fast and the portions are huge. Seating is limited but, I always do take out anyways.

This is one of those little Chinese places that is pretty much identical to ones I've seen all across the city and other cities. I'm not sure what the deal is because they don't appear to be chains, but they always have the same setup and nearly identical menus, prices and specials. That said, China Express is one that has never messed up an order for me. They've been spot on every time with friendly service and good food provided in a timely manner. Maybe not the best quality stuff but for what you pay you can't beat it. One of my favorite places for Chinese food if I'm not looking for buffet or to drive across town for Dim Sum.

I really love this place the minute I ordered here. The staff is friendly and helpful! I recently moved from Houston and I've been searching for salt n pepper crispy shrimp. I've gone to about 3 other places to look for it. I asked the lady at the front and she said they're able to make it. I got home and saw the generous amount they gave me! The shrimp was DELICIOUS!!!! Good food Great service Staff very helpful!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
